Women's fits 14.5–16.5 cm wrists.
Men's fits 16.5–19 cm wrists.
Measure snugly around the wrist bone with a soft tape or a strip of paper.

Remove before showering, swimming and exercise.
Avoid contact with water, sanitiser, perfume and lotion.
Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth only — never liquid cleaners or silver dips.
Store flat in the pouch after wear.
The rhodium finish will soften naturally over time, as with all plated jewellery.
