Refund policy
Change of mind
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn piece in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the buyer's cost — use a tracked service, as items lost in return transit can't be refunded.
Pre-order cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched. Just contact us with your order number.
Faulty items
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and photos. Faulty items will always be repaired, replaced or refunded, and we cover return shipping for confirmed faults. Wear caused by not following our care guidance — water, perfume, chlorine, sweat — isn't covered as a fault; see our Jewellery Care page.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 working days. Original shipping costs are refunded only for faulty items.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or any other consumer law that applies to you. To start a return, get in touch via the contact page.
