Shipping policy

Pre-orders

All Range 01 pieces are currently sold on pre-order from the first production run. You're charged at checkout, and orders are dispatched in the order received as soon as stock lands. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.

Dispatch

Every order ships tracked from Auckland, New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, allow 1–3 working days within New Zealand, 3–7 working days to Australia, and 7–14 working days for the rest of the world. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees, and busy periods can add time.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside New Zealand may attract customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Address changes and lost parcels

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout — we can update it any time before dispatch, but can't redirect a parcel once it's with the carrier. If tracking shows your parcel as lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to put it right.
