Pre-order

All Range 01 pieces are currently on pre-order from the first production run. Orders are dispatched in the order received as soon as stock lands, and you'll get an email with tracking the moment yours ships.

Shipping

Every order ships tracked from Auckland, New Zealand. Rates are calculated at checkout. Once dispatched, allow 1–3 working days within New Zealand, 3–7 working days to Australia, and 7–14 working days for the rest of the world. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

Change of mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn piece in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Faulty pieces will always be repaired, replaced or refunded.
